Anan Capital programmes

Three programmes. Each built around a different need.

From a reading group on Long-Term Equity Funds to a private household cashflow review to a weekend workshop on Thai and regional markets — each programme has its own scope, method, and outcome.

How We Work

Every Anan Capital programme is structured around the same core principle: adults learn better when they have had time to read and think before discussing. That means briefings arrive before sessions, not during them. Session time is reserved for questions, scenarios, and the kind of conversation that clarifies rather than overwhelms.

We keep groups small and one-on-one sessions genuinely private. A participant in a reading group should feel free to raise the question they have been carrying for years. A participant in a cashflow review should feel able to share their household picture honestly. Neither is possible in a large room or a high-pressure setting.

Pre-Reading Delivered

Briefing materials sent before each session so participants arrive prepared, not passive.

Discussion-Centred Sessions

Time together focuses on questions and application, not presentation delivery.

Written Summary or Reference

Participants leave with something tangible to revisit before making any decision.

Programme 01 · Six Sessions · Group Format

Long-Term Equity Funds: A Reading Programme

A six-session programme that walks adult readers through the structure of Long-Term Equity Funds, Retirement Mutual Funds, and the tax considerations that accompany them in Thailand. The format is closer to a reading group than a course: participants are sent short briefings ahead of each meeting and gather to discuss them with a facilitator who is a licensed investment educator.

The aim is not to recommend specific products but to give readers the vocabulary and frame of reference to evaluate them with a regulated advisor. Bring a notebook; the small-group setting keeps the conversation grounded.

  • LTF and RMF structure explained in depth
  • Thai income tax interaction with fund contributions
  • Pre-reading briefings before each of six sessions
  • Maximum ten participants per group
  • No product recommendations — frameworks only

Programme 02 · Two Sessions · One-on-One

Mid-Career Debt and Cashflow Review

A two-session, one-on-one review of household debts, fixed outgoings, and the cashflow rhythm that supports them. Designed for readers who would like an outside perspective on mortgages, car loans, credit lines, and family-support commitments — not to judge them, but to clarify them.

The advisor-educator helps map a one-page picture of the household balance sheet and walks through three or four scenarios the participant has been weighing. A short written summary is provided after the second meeting for the participant to revisit in private.

  • Private, strictly confidential — no group setting
  • One-page household balance sheet produced
  • Written summary provided after second session
  • No judgement — clarity is the purpose

Programme 03 · Weekend Workshop · Group Format + Follow-Up

Considered Investing in Thai and Regional Markets

A weekend workshop introducing the structure of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the SET50 index, and how regional markets in Southeast Asia behave relative to each other. The session draws on long-running historical data rather than recent headlines, and asks participants to consider how time horizon, household goals, and personal temperament shape any investing decision.

Includes a printed reference packet and one follow-up phone conversation a month after the workshop — time enough to have processed the content and returned with sharper questions.

  • SET and SET50 structure in depth
  • ASEAN market behaviour and relative patterns
  • Historical data perspective — not short-term headlines
  • Printed reference packet included
  • One follow-up phone call one month after workshop
