By accessing this Site, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in a Programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You have read and understood these Terms; and
• You agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or enrol in a Programme.

3. Service Description

Anan Capital offers financial education programmes for adults in Thailand. Our current Programmes are:

Programmes are delivered in Bangkok. We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedules, and Facilitators with reasonable notice. All Programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute personalised financial advice.

4. Enrolment & Booking

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when:

1. We send you a written confirmation by email; and
2. The applicable programme fee has been received in full.

Place availability is limited. Confirmation is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you promptly if a programme is full at the time of your enquiry.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Site or attending a Programme, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in any enquiry or registration form;
• Treat Facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect;
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute Content from sessions without prior written consent;
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage its reputation or operation;
• Not introduce viruses or other harmful material to the Site;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site and in our Programmes — including briefing documents, reference packets, written summaries, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Anan Capital or its licensed educators, protected under Thai copyright law.

Upon enrolment and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own personal study. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials to third parties;
• Adapt or create derivative works based on our Content;
• Use materials for any commercial purpose.

The Anan Capital name, compass glyph mark, and programme titles are proprietary identifiers. Their use in any context requires our written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Full payment is required before the first session of any Programme unless a written payment plan is agreed in advance.

We will confirm accepted payment methods when we send your booking confirmation. We do not store card details on our systems.

Prices are subject to change. Any increase will not apply to already confirmed bookings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Anan Capital's total liability to you arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or any Programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Programme.

We exclude liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses;
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from financial decisions made after attending a Programme.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anan Capital and its Facilitators from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Content, or any inaccurate information you provided at enrolment.

12. Termination

We may decline to enrol you in, or remove you from, a Programme if you breach these Terms — for example, if you behave disruptively toward other participants or a Facilitator. In such cases, no refund will be due for sessions already delivered.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive any termination of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to them will first be addressed informally: please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not reached, disputes will be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anan Capital regarding the Site and Programmes and supersede any prior understanding.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours to a successor entity without restriction.
• Notices. Formal notices to us must be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will post a notice on our homepage for 30 days.

Your continued use of the Site or enrolment in a Programme after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
